The Task Management is a professional way to plan and track the progress of team tasks. Effecient planning and managing teamwork increases the overall business performance.
You can access the Tasks option from the Office tab on the Ribbon.

Creating Tasks
You can easily schedule tasks for any time slot. To schedule a task, double-click the time slot on the TimeLine view or click the Add Task button. The Task editor opens. You can create tasks, assign to your task categories, organize tasks by assigning colors and images so that you can identify similar tasks.
Visualizing Tasks as List or in Timeline
Tasks can be visualized as simple and efficient List of items, or as time-based Timelines considering their Start and Due Dates.
The List View provides a detailed view displaying status, percentage of completion, priority, start and due dates and so on.
Assigning Tasks to other Users
To assign tasks to other users, in the Task editor go to theAssign tab. Select the users to whom you want to assign the task.
Marking Tasks as Complete
There are three ways to mark a task as being completed.
1. In the List View, select the checkbox corresponding to the completed task.
2. Select the completed task and press the Mark Complete button on the toolbar.
3. In the Task Editor, press the Mark Complete button or change the Status to Completed.
A completed task is struck off.
Sharing Tasks
From the Task Editor, select the Private option to mark the task as private or use the Sharing option to define custom sharing.
Searching and Filtering Tasks
Press the Search button. The search control is displayed. Input your search criteria and press Enter or the Find Now button. The matching tasks are displayed. You can further filter the task based on the category, timeline or both.
Grouping Tasks
Tasks can be grouped by User, Category, Status and Priority. You can define any combination of groups within other groups. To group tasks, press the group by icon. Choose the options based on which you want to group. Click Save and Close.
Defining Filters
In no time you can define useful filter conditions in order display only the
tasks required by you to be visualized at that time.
Setting Notifications
You can define reminders for tasks. You will be notified before the tasks start. You can dismiss the reminder or snooze the reminder.
