Common scenarios:

1. Synchronize your Laptop
In this scenario, one database resides on your desktop machine or server, and the other one on your laptop.

Synchronize the Medical Records between your laptop and your desktop.

2. Synchronize your Portable Device
Here one database resides on your desktop machine or server, and the other one on your Portable Device.

Synchronize the Medical Records between your USB and your desktop.

How to Synchronize Databases?

To synchronize Databases you need to use the Briefcase tool. A Briefcase describes a synchronization and it contains information about the Remote Database, how the synchronization will go and what records will be synchronized. You can find more in depth information about this in Briefcases .
