Start using the Patient Chart

The Patient Chart tool is a tool that centralizes the medical records of a Patient and visualy display them in a intuitive manner.

The tool can be used within the Patient Manager application by selecting Patient Chart in the main menu, under Patients tab.

Other ways to start Patient Chart within the Patient Manager application are:
- in the Start Page of the application, click on one of the recent patient, or
- in the Patients Viewer, right-click on a Patient and select the Patient Chart entry

As functionality, with the tool you can create patients, edit and delete patients, search for patients, create, edit and delete medical records or schedule consultations for a patient.
