Speed up typing with Questionnaires
What are Questionnaires?
Questionnaires are rich text forms that you can quickly fill up with simple mouse clicks, as in the animated image bellow.

How to use Questionnaires?
Questionnaires can be inserted into to contents of any Medical Record and there filled up. For example, you can insert questionnaire into a consultation by opening a consultation and pressing the Insert Questionnaire button on the toolbar. Once inserted you can fill up the form the by clicking on the Questionnaire Links and also continue typing text into the content of the Medical Record.
Can I define my own Questionnaires?
Along with the predefined Questionnaires, you can define an unlimited number of custom Questionnaires that suit your needs. Read more about this topic in Questionnaire Templates.
