The Settings option, which can be accessed from the Administration tab, allows you to customize the application. Options like Language, Database optimization, Automatic login, System Tray Notifications, application startup and exit mode confer to the application an improved usability.

Only the Administrators have access to the Settings.
Usage Mode
Enable Multiple Users: Allow multiple users to access the application.
Use Ribbon: Choose this option to display the menu as a ribbon. You have to restart the application for the changes to take effect.
Minimize Ribbon: This option is displayed only if the menu is displayed as a ribbon. Choose this option to minimize the ribbon.
Short Date Format: Specify the date format.
Language: Select the language you would prefer to use in the
Database
Change Connection: This allows to specify database connection settings, such as database file name and passwords.
Optimize: This option is available only when Microsoft Access database is used.
Change Access Database Password: This option, which is available only when Microsoft Access database, is used to protect your database file with a password.
Automatic Database Optimization: This option when selected optimizes the database automatically.
Convert the Databse records to anonymous: This option coverts the records in the database so that they are anonymous.

Shared folder used in a network for movie file sharing.
