Patient Images

About Patient Images

The Patient Images Folder contains the list of the Patient Images for a specified Patient.

Initially the list is empty because there is no Patient selected. In order to manage Patient Images, a Patient must be selected. To select a Patient there are two ways:

Click the Search Patient button on the toolbar. This will allow the selection of a Patient from all the recorded Patients.
Type one or more keywords in the Patient text box and click the Search Patient button on the toolbar. This will filter the selection of a Patient by the specified keywords.

Add a New Patient Image

1. Click the Add Image button on the toolbar.
2. Browse and select one or more image files. Click Open.

Editing a Patient Image

1. Select a Patient Image item and click the Edit button on the toolbar.
2. After editing the Patient Image with the specific application program, Save the changes in order for the content of the Patient Image to be updated.

Note that editing a Patient Image requires that you have the application program that supports its file type.

Deleting a Patient Image

1. Select a Patient Image item and click the Delete button on the toolbar.
2. Click Yes in the confirmation box.

Note that removing a Patient Image will remove any related records linked to that Patient Image.
