Set up a Medical Unit

About The Medical Unit viewer

The Medical Unit viewer allows you to visualize and manage the Medics of a Medical Unit. Usualy each Medic has a correspoding User and Calendar.

The Medical Unit represents the Clinic, Medical Office or Hospital. The name of the Medical Unit will appear on certain Reports. The Patient Manager enable the management of multiple Medical Units within the same database.

Open the Medical Units viewer by clicking Administration -> Medical Units in the Folders Tree .

Create a New Medic\New User

1. First the User Editor for the new Medic will prompt. Fill in the fields and click Save and Close.

2. Next the Medic Editor for the new Medic will prompt. Fill in the fields and click Save and Close

As a result, a new Medic will be added to the Medical Unit. This Medic will have a User and a Calendar.

As a result, a new Medic will be added to the Medical Unit. This Medic will NOT have a User and a Calendar.

Use this medic creation method if the medic will not need to login into the program and will not need scheduled constulations.

Manage Medical Unit staff

1. Here you can add or remove Medics from the Medical Unit.

These operations are available only for users in the Administrators group.
