If necessary, click Build Invoice. The Customer Invoice editor opens with the details of the billable item in the invoice. Generate the invoice.
Now go to Items under the Billing tab in the Ribbon. The Consultation Cost and the prescribed Treatment are added as items, where the Category is Medical Service. Note that there is no quanitity for a medical service.

Drug Prescriptions

If the prescription is billable (that is the option Is Billabe is selelcted), you can build an invoice from the Drug Prescription editor. When an invoice is created, the prescribed drug is added to Items as drug name quanitity with the Category as Medical Product. The On Hand will be adjusted based on the prescribed quanitity.
