Medical Activities option provides a consolidated view of all activities related to consultation, diagnosis, findings, surgery and so on.
Medical Activities allows you read and understand all medical records of the patients. You can also enter new medical records.
Adding Diagnosis
Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Diagnosis. The Diagnosis editor opens. Click here to read about adding consultation.
Adding Patient Documents
Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Patient Document. The Patient Document editor opens. Click here to read about adding patient documents.
Adding Treatments
Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Treatment. The Treatment editor opens. Click here to read about adding treatments.
Adding Drug Prescription
Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Drug Prescription. The Drug Prescription editor opens. Click here to read about adding prescriptions.
Adding Clinical Findings/Paraclinical Findings
1. Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Clinical Findings or Add Paraclinical Findings.
2. Enter information in the text boxes. Use the Tab key to move to the next text box.
3. Add or capture images if required.
4. Click the Save and Close button to save the record.
Adding Allergy/Surgery
1. Click the Add Consultation button from the toolbar and select Add Allergy or Add Surgery.
2. Enter information in the text boxes. Use the Tab key to move to the next text box.
3. Click the Save and Close button to save the record.
Editing a Consultation
1. Select a consultation in the viewer and click the Edit button on the toolbar. The corresponding editor opens.
2. Modify the details and click the Save and Close button to update the modifications.
