How to Create a Patient Consultation
From the Start Page
On the Start Page of the application simply click the New Consultation link. The Consultation Editor
will be prompted.
If the patient is already in the database, type in the Patient combo box the patient name or SSN
or parts of one of these.
If you want to create a new Patient, click on the button near the Patient combo box
and create a new Patient.
After the Patient is selected in Patient combo box, start entering data in the fields in the Consultation Editor
and when finished press the Save and Close button.
From the Consultations Viewer
Open the Consultations Viewer by selecting the Consultations
in the main menu, under Patients tab.
Then click the New Consultation button and the Consultation Editor
will be prompted.
If the patient is already in the database, type in the Patient combo box the patient name or SSN
or parts of one of these.
If you want to create a new Patient, click on the button near the Patient combo box
and create a new Patient.
After the Patient is selected in Patient combo box, start entering data in the fields in the Consultation Editor
and when finished press the Save and Close button.
From the Patient Chart
Open the Patient Chart by selecting the Patient Chart in in the main menu, under Patients tab. Type a search text in the Patient text fields and press enter. The search text can be the patient's name, SSN or parts of these. After a patient in selected in the Patient Chart click the New Consultation link under the Lists tab. Start entering data in the fields in the Consultation Editor and when finished press the Save and Close button.
