Delegate access Scenario

Home  Support  Documentation  Security  Delegate access Scenario

Many times you need to give another person "delegate access" meaning that person has "on-behalf-of permissions".

The delegate can organize meetings on your behalf, read and create items, and modify and delete items you create.

Delegate access can be created by assigning roles to the delegate or adding the delegate to a Group (from where the delegate will inherit assigned roles to the group). Note a delegate is a Vertikal Systems User object.

If an Administrator adds others to a User's private Group then those users will gain access to the User's private objects
