The Consultation editor opens while adding or editing a treatment. Here are some pointers to fill in the Diagnosis editor:

  • Click Show and select an option to be displayed. For instance, you can select to show the billing, register number, diagnoses, and so on.

  • Provide the Title for the consultation.
  • Click Generate to create the Register No.
  • Mention the Cost. You can also issue an invoice and payment. Select the appropriate option. To include the tax with the price, select the option Prices Include Taxes.
  • Specify the consultation Details.
  • After providing the details, click the Save and Close button to save the record.

Additionally you can:

  • Modify the Consultation Date.
  • Change the Medic.
  • Insert a questionnaire into the consultation Details. If there are multiple questionnaires, select one from the list.
  • Manage the images attached to the consultation:

    - Click the Attach Image From File button or the Capture Image button to attach an image to the consultation.

    - Click the Edit Image button to edit the attached image.

    - Click the Rename button to rename the attached image.

    - Click the Detach Image button to remove the image from the treatment. Detaching an image will not remove the image from the database. The image will be available in Patient Images.

After entering the medication, you can generate the prescription by clicking the Print Rx link.

The Treatment that is added are reflected in the Billing tab and also in Treatments. By default, an entry for consultation is also added to Billing.

In addition, the treatment and the consultation is added to Items, with the category as Medical Service.
