This option contains the list of consultations of a patient. To manage the consultations, select a patient. You can choose a patient by any one of the following methods:
Adding a New Consultation
1. Click the Add Consultation button on the toolbar.
2. Enter information in the text boxes. Use the Tab key to move to the next text box.
3. Click the Save and Close button to save the record.
Editing a Consultation
1. Select a consultation and click the Edit button on the toolbar. The Diagnosis editor opens.
2. Modify the consultation details and click the Save and Close button to update the modifications.
Deleting a Consultation
1. Select a consultation and click the Delete button on the toolbar.
2. Click the Yes button to confirm. The selected consultation is deleted.

The Consultation editor opens while adding or editing a treatment. Here are some pointers to fill in the Diagnosis editor:

Additionally you can:
- Click the Attach Image From File button or the Capture Image button to attach an image to the consultation.
- Click the Edit Image button to edit the attached image.
- Click the Rename button to rename the attached image.
- Click the Detach Image button to remove the image from the treatment. Detaching an image will not remove the image from the database. The image will be available in Patient Images.
After entering the medication, you can generate the prescription by clicking the Print Rx link.
The Treatment that is added are reflected in the Billing tab and also in Treatments. By default, an entry for consultation is also added to Billing.

You can also create an invoice from the Billing tab. Click Build Invoice and the Customer Invoice dialog opens.

Note that the price shows the breakup of the taxes also. If you want to create a payment, select the option Create Payment on Closing. If a payment is created, the details are reflected in Customer Payments. The invoice details are shown in Customer Invoices.
In addition, the treatment and the consultation is added to Items, with the category as Medical Service.
