Medical Conditions

The Conditions section of the Patient Chart provides the entry point to the medical conditions of a patient.

A medical condition holds together the medical records from multiple sessions, that refer to the same diagnosis.

The use of this feature is optional. You can enter any consultation as encounter on a condition by specifying the Condition field in the editor. More in Consultation Editor

The conditions will be visible in the side bar of the Patient Chart , by expanding the Conditions entry.

You can open a condition by clicking on it on the sidebar or in the content. The Medical Condition Editor will open in the content area, with views similar to the patient chart. All records entered here will be part of the current condition
